Car Transaction Services

Sell It For Me — Vehicle Eligibility

The following vehicles are not eligible for this service:

• Vehicles for which ownership cannot be proven.
• Commercial vehicles such as vans, loaders, etc.
• Vehicles under bank lease, government schemes, or customer auctions.
• Vehicles with engine or transmission modifications not reflected in official documents.

Required Documents

To ensure a smooth transaction, please provide the following documents:

Registered Vehicles:

• Vehicle Registration Book or Smart Card
• Additional region-specific forms or ownership transfer documents as applicable
• Proof of identity of the current owner

Imported Vehicles (e.g., Japanese imports):

• Registration Book or Smart Card
• Relevant import documents (Bill of Lading, Export Certificate, etc.)
• Proof of identity of the current owner

Unregistered Vehicles:

• Sales invoices and certificates as proof of ownership

Note: A No Objection Certificate (NOC) is required for previously bank-financed or company-owned vehicles.

Pricing and Commission

• Initial service fee:
  • Up to 1000cc: PKR 2,000
  • 1001cc to 2000cc: PKR 5,000
  • SUVs, 4x4s, luxury or premium brands: PKR 7,000
• Commission: A 1% commission will be charged upon successful sale of the vehicle.

Refund Policy: Once you agree to the eligibility and document requirements and make payment, refund requests will not be entertained.

Service Role and Liability

Our platform acts solely as a facilitator and coordinator between buyers and sellers. All transactional terms, including payments, delivery, and ownership transfer, are between the buyer and seller.

We do not guarantee or assume responsibility for:

• Completion of ownership transfer or registration.
• Insurance or related documentation.
• Any disputes, litigation, or claims arising from the vehicle sale or transfer process.

Featured Ads Charges

Our platform offers featured advertisement services at various locations on the website. Charges for featured ads depend on the package selected and are non-refundable.

• All featured ads must be prepaid before publication.
• Payments can be made online using various methods.

While we strive to keep your online transactions secure, we do not accept liability for any loss or damage incurred due to payment processing.

askari10.com Vehicle Inspection Services

By booking a vehicle inspection with askari10.com inspection service, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

In consideration of askari10.com providing you with vehicle inspection services, including the delivery of an inspection report, you agree to pay the applicable fee including taxes as per the vehicle inspection rates on askari10.com.com.
askari10.com inspection reports may be linked with vehicle listings and publicly available under the terms and conditions of askari10.com.
askari10.com reserves the right to change inspection service charges at any time without prior notice.

You acknowledge that askari10.com inspectors use accepted fault detection methods; however, these methods may not identify all faults. You should consider the vehicle’s model and condition at the time of inspection, and any report should be reviewed accordingly.

Inspection service requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance. After your request, askari10.com will contact you to schedule the inspection time and location based on technical staff availability.
If the customer delays beyond the scheduled time, the inspector will wait 15 minutes before moving on to the next inspection.

If an inspection is cancelled by the customer for any reason, a cancellation fee of Rs 1000 will be charged.

askari10.com inspection fees are non-refundable. You may schedule a new inspection appointment for another vehicle by contacting the askari10.com helpline after paying the cancellation fee.

askari10.com reserves the right to refuse inspection requests if you have outstanding dues or habitually cancel inspections without clearing dues.

askari10.com inspection service does not assemble, dismantle, or disturb any part, fixture, assembly, or internal/external mechanism of the vehicle during the inspection.
The vehicle must be parked on a safe, level surface with adequate space around it for inspection.

askari10.com is not responsible for latent defects not visible during inspection. The inspection report reflects only the vehicle’s condition at the time of inspection. Buyers are responsible for their own visual inspection at the point of sale.

The inspection report is valid only for the time of inspection, and askari10.com is not responsible for any changes or modifications to the vehicle after the inspection.

askari10.com does not provide any warranty regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the inspection report.

Road tests are not included by default but may be conducted with your consent. You accept full responsibility for any damage during a road test. askari10.com will not conduct a road test on vehicles deemed unsafe or unroadworthy by the inspector. Vehicles are tested only up to local speed limits.

It is your responsibility to have the vehicle available at the agreed time and place for inspection.

The inspection report is prepared for the named user only and cannot be used as legal evidence in any court or authority without askari10.com’ prior consent.

The inspection report remains the property of askari10.com, who may publish it at their discretion.

By using askari10.com inspection services, you agree to allow askari10.com to use or publish the inspection report on car sales network websites in association with the vehicle listing.

No Guarantee of Increase in Advertiser’s Business

askari10.com does not guarantee any business or leads generated from the advertisements placed on our platform. askari10.com will not be held responsible or liable if no business or leads result from premium ads on the Website. Advertisers understand that askari10.com’ sole obligation is to display the premium ads as per these terms. The accuracy of all information and content provided in ads is the responsibility of the advertiser. askari10.com disclaims any liability for false or misleading claims made by advertisers.

Notice of Intellectual Property Infringement

askari10.com owns all intellectual property rights related to the Website and its services, including but not limited to design, text, graphics, advertisements, user-uploaded images, vehicle descriptions, and inspection reports, as well as their selection and arrangement.

askari10.com is not liable for any intellectual property infringement caused by content posted or transmitted on the site by users or third parties.

If you are the owner of intellectual property rights—or an authorized agent—and believe that any content on askari10.com infringes your rights, please contact us at support@askari10.com.com to request removal of the infringing content in good faith.

Rights to User Information
